We did enjoyed our stay at Casa Amaro as the rest of Andalucia. We felt as if we had the whole patio and roof terrace to ourselves. Very comfortable apartment (Apartment 3) with a big and spacious bathroom, The whole Casa Amaro is very well looked after and taken care of, it feels in every corner of it. It is perfect for a family like ours because we could all be together and at the same time each group had their privacy in each apartment. All apartments are fully equipped and are very cosy. This was the first time we booked a house through the Internet without actually seeing it. The booking process was very straightforward and the owners promptly answered all our questions. When we arrived at the house we were pleasantly greeted with an already familiar sympathy. If I return to Vejer or somewhere nearby, I will choose Casa Amaro for sure. (Madrid). Mayo de 2009. I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay in the apartments. We were a little apprehensive about booking something without seeing it properly, but were pleasantly surprised by the fact it was even nicer than it looks on the website. I have to say it was one of the best value, most well thought out places I have stayed in my travels so far. We absolutely adored the town, and it was the perfect place to stay and enjoy the area. Our only regret would be that we didn't have longer, however it leaves a possibility of a return visit to see all the things we missed on our short visit. Perhaps with a group of friends next time to rent the whole lot out. I recommend very highly! Casa Amaro è una reggia per "piccoli principi", tutto perfetto e a contorno di questo piccolo castello i proprietari, simpatici e amabili ma non per questo meno professionali....insomma nulla è lasciato al caso e Casa Amaro con il suo sapore Andaluso è già un motivo più che sufficiente per passare una vacanza a Vejer. Ma se poi ci aggiungi il panorame e il clima splendido di questo paese, il cibo e i negozietti, le spiaggie incontaminate di Zahara de los Atunes e di Bolonia, il vento e le onde di Tarifa...Vejer e Casa Amaro sono tutto ciò che si può chiedere all'Andalusia per assaporarla veramente. Dora, Italy, Aug. 2008 Somos una familia con dos niñas de 4 y 7 años que hemos pasado la primera semana de Agosto del 2008 en un apartamento de casa Amaro, hemos estado muy agusto, la casita muy bien ubicada, dentro del casco antiguo y con aparcamiento próximo a la vivienda, tiene un patio interior precioso típico andaluz, también dispone de una amplia azotea para tomar el sol o el aire durante la noche y todo lo necesario para estar confortables, es muy tranquila y también muy fresquita para poder dormir sin calor en los meses de verano, los propietarios han sido muy correctos y amables con nosotros , el pueblo de Vejer nos ha parecido muy bonito y animado, la gente maravillosa y amable, los alrededores cuentan con unas playas excelentes, grandes y de arena fina (el palmar , zahora, caños de meca , Conil, etc...), lo recomiendo para ir con niños, parejas o grupos, nosotros hemos vuelto muy contentos y con ganas de repetir. Patio clos, havre de paix au milieu des ruelles labyrinthiques de Vejer, patio qui s'élance par des volées de marches jusqu'à la terrasse, poste de vigie s'épanouissant au soleil, brûlant des jours, caressant des soirées, terrasse indiscrète d'où l'on surplombe le quartier, d'où on se délecte des teintes orangées sur les maisons de la colline, au moment de la manzanilla fraîche et des olives de la fin de journée... La vie est douce, à la Casa Amaro... L'hôtesse est adorable, les lieux, exquis... Du bonheur à déguster, de la fraîcheur du matin à la douceur de la nuit! Une adresse qu'on aurait bien envie de garder pour soi tout seul... mais bon, on est partageur... à condition que ça ne s'ébruite pas trop! Everyone – newbies and veterans – were delighted with the accommodation. The apartments are all well looked-after and have everything you need for a perfect, relaxing holiday in the beautiful hilltop town of Vejer. The location, right in the heart of the old town, means that all the cafes, bars, restaurants and shops you need are just a short walk away. But once you’re behind that solid, old wooden door that opens on to the apartments’ private courtyard you are in your own world. That’s the beauty of Casa Amaro, the apartments allow you to have the holiday you want – whether that’s a quiet, get-away-from-it-all break for two, or a more social get-together for a larger group, like we did. Finally, thanks to Penny and Jeremy for their warm welcome and practical, efficient advice that ensured our stay went without a hitch. We’ll be back. Marko, UK, March 2008 We cannot recommend the 2 bedroomed apartment we stayed in more highly. It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, scrupulously clean and peaceful. The owners were extremely helpful and gave us all the advice we needed, including recommendations for some excellent restaurants. Vejer is a delightful old Spanish town and the nearby beaches are unspoilt. Cadiz, Jerez and Seville are not far away and deserve a visit. We also enjoyed a morning shopping in Chiclana. We will be recommending Casa Amaro to all our friends and will definitely return ourselves.
